Ian graduated from College of the North Atlantic with a diploma in computer systems and networking and has spent most of his IT career in the healthcare sector. Throughout the pandemic he implemented scaling solutions and policies to meet the demands of the times.
His previous experience includes working as a Combat Engineer with the Canadian Armed Forces, where he served for 7 years.
