David Jerrett

David Jerrett joined SEM in 2024 as a Project Resource Specialist. With more than 17 years experience in talent solutions and project staffing, he has hired hundreds of technical personnel for projects in Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction, Hydro, and Manufacturing. 

David brings a collaborative approach to resource building, taking the time to understand his client’s needs and team culture, map out and identify diverse talent pools, and assess candidates for technical and behavioral competencies before making recommendations to his clients for interviews. Project Managing talent searches, he marshals the wider resources of the SEM team and provides a single touch point within our organization.

David is always up for sports or any kind of competition: he enjoys tennis, basketball, golf and pretty much anything he can attempt to win in.  During the winter months he plays Texas Hold'em Poker and competitive video games like NHL Hockey, often placing in the Top 10 and Top 100 against some of the worlds best players! 

In his down time, David likes to volunteer with sports teams and associations such as Junior Achievement.
